WIndows 10 update

Windows 10 auto updated and it has messed EVERYTHING up. Cortana wont go away and wont let me disable her anymore, CSGO freezes and when i alt tab or join a game it switches from television mode to computer monitor mode, and much more, I just wanna go back to how it was before.
