Spotify problems

Ok so it says that the account is connected to Facebook and that I should change that password. I've done that earlier and I tried logging in with that it didn't work. I also tried logging in with Facebook it says there is no accountt connected to Facebook. I checked on Facebook in settings it said it was used to log into Spotify. I'm stuck.
