Measuring for CableMod Cables

Your best option would be to use the original cables from the PSU to takes measurements or to use some rope to get accurate lengths.

Add a few CM to be sure the cables are not too short.

Solid core wire works good because you can form it to the exact bends you need then straighten it out to measure.
