Problem white square

Have this problem when i start my pc from power saving mode. need too restaret my pc for the problem to go away. someone that can help me? and if i have like youtube in full screen i can't click the volyme button because the square i like a blind point on the screen

looks like a piece of software that doesnt properly recover

 

try opening cmd as administrator and typing:

sfc /scannow

if the issue is within windows files, that *should* find it and fix it.

Thx i will tyr it if the problem appears again. i restarted my pc so i disappeared
