1070 STRIX O8G Max Overclock?

I've hit 2151 MHz in Unigine Heaven so far and I haven't seen anything weird besides screen tearing and a few stutters. Temps are high as 66C and memory isn't clocked yet.

EDIT: Some more details

My run at 2126MHz was 97.3 FPS while at 2151MHz (+125) was 97.4 FPS. Seems like I found the limit at 2164 (+129). Temps remained at around 65C in all trials.

After a couple hours of running Valley and Heaven I feel like 2151 MHz for the core and 4455 MHz for the memory (8910 MHz overall) were the highest I could get without running into instabilities. I get like MAX 86-89 FPS on Valley. I don't know how people here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1knE1MXUbQ3tyR48CuD_6K_EfCF3cHHqL9ra5NPt6o8U/edit#gid=1 with 1070s can get ~99 or ~115 FPS with similar overclocks. Should I try upping the memory while clocking down the core a bit?
