Will this work together?

I'm trying to build this desktop, and I'm planning to buy it soon, but I just need to know if these two will work? I want the NZXT Phantom 820 case, and it has all the USB ports and it will fit the ASrock..this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16813157629 ... right? The USB ports are more than enough, but I just want to know what happens if I don't use the extra USB ports? Like the motherboard has more than the Phantom 820 case, so I just want to make sure. (Sorry if this is nooby..first ever PC)

Didn't get what you were trying to say there... at any rate, the 820 is compatible with pretty much any mobo you may pick, so don't worry abou that.
