Boot loops (I think)

Hey ltt

 

I got an old computer working, installed windows etc. It was working fine, I was installing some steam games, but then it just shut off. I turned down the clock speed, and then it booted, crashed, and then this happened.

 Specs: Intel core i7 920

Stock cooler

Some gigabyte motherboard

Asus GT630 4GB

Corsair 3*1GB triple channel

Thermaltake 600w toughpower

The cheapest case available at time of purchase

WD blue 750gb 2.5

 

Some insight would be helpful. Thanks :)

So there's a clear CMOS button on the io shield. So I just press that when the computer is turned on?
