Does anyone have full PC build for 400-600 dollars PC? the PC should be able to run CS:GO, and Minecraft at 1080p 60fps on ultra settings (while recording) if possible and should be able to run Rainbow Six Siege and Bo3 on high-ultra settings while recording. I'd rather have an SSD than a hard drive because i already have a hard drive and. Thank you!

That's not possible. No computer ~$500 USD can run BO3 at ultra settings, much less while recording. Here is a build that can at least run those games at medium-high.
