I'm looking for a chromebook that can take notes and consume media that isn't a bank breaker.

we know that purchases can be a hard decision, but making multiple threads dealing in the same subject matter only makes it a harder decision, due to the conflicting opinions within each thread. we'd ask that you keep one thread dedicated towards that one subject, than scattering the information in multiple threads.
