what is .oracle_jre_usage?

so i was going through my system files to find a word document that i downloaded and found .oracle_jre_usage in C:>users>kelvin. does anyone know what it is, what it does, and how to get rid of it if it is some kind of virus or something? (i scanned it with malwarebytes and it came up empty.)

It's part of Oracle's metadata collection that tracks how often you use Java. It's not a malicious.
