First try at computer building

Dragonheart

I know that these parts do not combine together perfectly, but I tried to go for maximum upgradeability and to just explore what can be done with computers. This video card really impressed me with it's performance. I thought "A 950 can maybe do medium-high settings at 1080p at 30 FPS, right?" WRONG. Overclocking, I got the GPU to 1.5 GHz, which allows me to play most games maxed out at ~50 FPS, 1080p. Really happy with the performance. It also never goes higher than 55 degrees and stays very quiet. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/JMWmD8

Looks good and good part choices. Maybe some zip ties could help hide some of those cables behind the motherboard, which would really make it look clean

You could tidy the cables up, but I guess it doesn't matter too much since you don't have a windowed case.

Not a fan of the case aesthetically, but to each their own.

Well done on the first build. Now you'll be hooked for life.

Maybe doesn't like Radeon cards? Great deal? Was a gift?

Give the guy some credit.

It was in fact a gift, and I got it for Christmas last year, so no new generation cards. :)
