CSS and custom fonts

Hi, how would I do this.

I have this font Bebas Neue that I want to use on the website, and I have it as bebasneue.otf.

The one that is already in use has a import url in the start of the main.css that links to fontname.css which has a bunch of font stuff that then points to folder fonts and it's content.
