Cleaning the gpu pcb

Go to solution Solved by tlink,

yes, that would work. you can also try tissue paper dipped in alcohol or ethanol and then dip the pcb. make sure it dries before plugging it back i.

I will be cleaning out my computer in a few days once i get my ssd and new os. My gpu pcb has a small layer of dust on it and I have tried to clean it with a compressed air can but it wont come off. What else can I use to wipe it down with, would a glasses cloth work?

Tissue paper can leave paper fragments on the PCB.
