First off, you are correct that nerds have indeed made the earth.

Secondly, they didn't figure out how to properly get RPG mechanics to work. Seriously, where's my magic?

Thirdly, have you checked how large your paging file is? Is your anti-virus taking a huge chunk? Do you have multiple programs at start-up?

My anti virus takes very very little, i have turned off almost all boot programs, i might just need to clear my HDD's and makesure nothing is hiding taking up ram

Use Malwarebytes. After that boot into safe mode and check what your usage is.

Open up Task Manager, go to the "Performance" tab, then click on "Resource Manager" on the bottom left. In Resource Manager, go to the "Memory" tab.

Figure out who has the highest "Working Set" and "Private" memory usage, and there's your culprits. "Commit" may also be useful, but it's not actually how much memory the program is using, it's just how much it has reserved.

Changed anything in bios? Added any hardware especially RAM. Bit more background info helps. Not every one checks your setup from your profile, nor can we always asume it's your rig you talk about.

But I guess you are talking about your own with 16 GB...
