Do i have to buy this to activate windows?

is it like a code that is sent to me???

And why does it say Error code: 0x8007232B when i go to activation? Does that make it so i cant like activate windows? D:

The G2A key is an OEM key, which means that if you change hardware, your windows gets deactivated.
