RAM not running at right frequency.

I am not very familiar with overclocking, but I seem to have found myself in an odd situation. I am running this RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820232407

G.SKILL TridentZ Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C14D-16GTZKW

With this motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16820232407

MSI Z170A Krait Gaming 3X LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 ATX Intel Motherboard

My RAM is showing 2399MHz in command center, but I have set, in the BIOs, for it to run at 3200, which the board supports in OC mode. Is there a setting I need to change on the board to achieve this speed, because it seems like no matter what I do to the ram, it won't go up. Would increasing the voltage help? Thanks

Turn XMP on in the BIOS and download CPU-Z - it will show you the right RAM Speed.
