Q6600 underclocking while stress testing

I have no idea what is going in. I have my CPU set at 3ghz and while stress testing it underclocks to 2gz after a min or so. Voltage only been put up 50

its starts ups at 3ghz with x9 on cpuz then steps down to x6 to 2ghz

do I need to change Ratio CMOS Setting? from auto ?

all i have done is disabled Speed step , 

CHange AI overclocking to manual 

CPU freequency to 330

NB V to 1.125

CPU Vcore to +50mv.

 

 

and have lefte everything else on auto inc Auto PSI Enabled

Yeah, I meant whether it was staying at 2Ghz, or if it was jumping constantly from 3Ghz to 2Ghz.

Also, what motherboard is this slotted into to? Have you tried another stress testing program?

Using prime 95 to stress test .. says cpu load is 100%. It sits constant at 2ghz

board is an asus p5g41t-m lx
