Cpu c state worth?

I was wondering wheather to leave my c state on auto or off as know off will run it at my oc all the time but I was most curious about power savings. How much would running c state of ramp up the power bill. The average cost of power in Illinois I believe is ~7kwh

Leave it on. You won't gain anything by turning it off.

The power difference is less than 20W - you need to run the C states for 10 years in order to get 10$ back. Leave them on - they improve the longevity and acoustics of your system
