You can find all the custom sleaving stuff that you need from here. https://mainframecustom.com/?post_type=product&s=wire They sell 16. I would recommend cablemod extensions instead though.

The standard would be 18AWG but if you don't plan to do a lot of custom wiring the cost of the tools and materials needed not to mention time needed to offset the cost of just buying some premade extensions.
