Enough pci-E slots?

I'm building a PC and wondering if there is enough pci-E slots for the nvme and the graphic card

Do you mean lanes?

 

with lga 115x, there are 16 lanes from the cpu and 20 more from the chipset. ALso gpu's can run at 8x with little to no performance impact.

Dude, just look at the dang thing. How did you select the Motherboard in the first place? It literally has 6 slots right there. And SLI support. Its really simple to see it has enough slots and lanes for that and more.

the video card will work off the 16 PCIe lanes directly from the CPU

while the NVMe SSD will use 4 lanes from the PCH, the Z170 chipset
