So im doing a home automation project with a Raspberry Pi 3 (4core, 1.2Ghz, 1GB LDDR3), and Odroid-C2 (4core, 2.02Ghz, 2GB LDDR3) (Seeing which one I find easier to navigate/set up)

Using AlexaPi and Jasper on both (Each has its own SD card so I have 4 to choose from so I don't need to spend the time later to wipe the same card over and over)

I have 2 Hue light-bulbs but I don't have a Hue bridge. I have 2nd-gen x 2 bulbs at 800 Lumens (14w) and was wondering if i could get the cheaper 1st gen bridge instead of having to buy a 2nd gen bridge which is more expensive, but also really doesn't do that much more except add in Apples HomeKit package in it. Would the 1st gen Bridge work with the 2nd gen lights? and also, where could I buy the first gen if it is still available ?

Here is the lightbulb I currently have
