Help Required Motherboard

Go to solution Solved by Vadise,

Well, from these three you show, the GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 has a slightly more robust cooling solution than the other two. Gigabyte's offerings have USB-C on board, MSI's does not but it comes with two more USB ports. They all have M.2.

GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 supports up to 3333mhz of memory OC

GA-Z170N-WIFI  3200mhz

Z170I GAMING PRO AC 4200mhz

And according to ARK, your 6700k will only support up to 2133mhz in DDR4 dual channel out of the box. ( http://ark.intel.com/products/88195/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_20-GHz )

It all depends on how much you appreciate USB type C in your rig and how hard you want to try to push your system later. In my opinion the GA-Z170N-Gaming 5 is a happy middle ground.

I'm building a new mini-itx system but i'm really stuck between what motherboard to choose, colour scheme is not a problem (however i would prefer an all black board). The board must have on board wifi. So far i have nailed it down to these three. I hope someone can help me make my mind up.

Z170I GAMING PRO AC - https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/Z170I-GAMING-PRO-AC.html#hero-overview

The build will be with a 6700k, I would possibly like to overclock it at some point.

Thanks.
