Rundll32 has stop responding

Hey guy i really stumped at this error which keeps poping up

 

Few days ago, i did a full install of the Microsoft Home and Business 2016 on a Windows 7 64bit PC

 

this is a brand new PC from HP and has come pre-loaded with Windows 7

 

after installing the Office,

 

when i want to configure the Mail by clicking on the Mail icon in Control Panel

 

the above Rundll32.exe has stop responding

 

I tried all the solutions as give with google search like disable Hardware acceleration and repair the Office install. And also remove and re-install the office but no success

 

 

Ever since that day the PC kept on freezing completely, no mouse or keyboard controls until force reboot of the PC

 

Today I in the last resort did a full reformat of the PC with fresh Windows 7 and loaded back the drivers

 

But once i installed Office back into the PC

 

the same error pops up again when i try to setup emails

 

note that all Word, Excel, Powerpoint  are able to open normally

 

same goes with launching Outlook and doing the initial setup.

 

Just that the Mail options in Control Panel is not working

 

Any guys can help me on this?
