speaker problem.

Go to solution Solved by niksuto,

Hey guys! i just encountered a problem with my speakers while listening to music! the problem is that, when i was listening to music,i thought i heard someone calling my name,so i turned my volume down but.........,even after turning it down,i could listen a little bit of sound! it was fully turned down, but still i could hear the sound!my speakers brand is "creative"(if that helps). then i tried to turn off the speaker, then it stopped.

Thanks!

This happens often, means your pot doesn't cut all the signal. It's nothing to worry about, just turn off the speakers or stop the music. I have the same "problem" with my guitar amp.

This happens often, means your pot doesn't cut all the signal. It's nothing to worry about, just turn off the speakers or stop the music. I have the same "problem" with my guitar amp.

Does anyone even use PCIe SSDs?

It's a 1960s Selmer treble & bass tube amp. It could be anything from wires cross talking or a tiny short somewhere.

With my amp the problem is that the knob is stopped by something else than the limit of the pot, so it doesn't close all the way.

I have the same problem with one of my Peavey amps.. I have no idea what causes this, I had it checked out, but this yielded no results. I only have it when I overdrive my amp though. Maybe something to do with the grounding?

my amp is the 5150iii which is very similar to well the peavey 6505 range and yeh its only when the amp is on the overdrive channels.

I have the Delta Blues from Peavey.

I guess the caps in the overdrive channels aren't discharging correctly. Doesn't seem to be a problem, no one claims it damages their gear.
