Keyboard problem

Sorry for my broken English as I am not an native speaker.
My friend is using Corsair K70 keyboard for 1.5 years. but now he is facing this weird problem. his keyboard is automatically disconnecting and connecting every time he presses a key.
Can anyone help me with this problem so I can help him?
