Hello i want to buy a new gpu and i have a question: 

what is the best card?

Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 8GB AMP! Extreme

 

ASUS ROG STRIX-GTX1080-O8G-GAMING

 

MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GAMING X

 

EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB FTW Gaming ACX 3.0

Id say the GTX 1080 FTW or the Gigabyte GTX 1080 Xtreme.

So no zotac?

i cant find the o8c stric and read that the card makes alot of noise

You can't really go wrong with any of the coolers you listed, they're all pretty great. I'd factor price in to your choice more than anything. For my personal preference, EVGA or MSI.
