Did you initialize the drive through Disk Management? Do you need a BIOS update for it?

I'd call the company. It seems like it may be DOA.

If it has two keys can you flip it over? It shouldn't work but try anyway.

In the BIOS look for a setting called "M.2 Source Link". It should be set to Auto, but if it's set to PCH, make sure the setting "M.2 PCH Strap" is set to "M.2 PCH PCIE". Also, on page 1-21 of the manual is the PCIe Bandwidth Table. Consult that to make sure you aren't choking off the M.2 slot depending on what you have installed. Otherwise, make sure you have the drive properly inserted and screwed down.

If push comes to shove, you can always reset your BIOS to its defaults and see if it'll properly detect it then. If that happens you likely had a setting conflict.

Mobo has bios switch. I have one last other untouched. Switched to untouched one and still same. I tried to switch that setting but boot fails somehow. Will do it again and keep this up
