Is this build okay?

I'm planning to change my GPU from ASUS GTS 450 DDR5 (I know it suck ) to R7 360 is that possible?

 

The Build:

 

Proccesor :  Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2320 CPU @ 3.00GHz

Motherboard : Asus P8H61-M LE

 

GPU : R7 360 (Dont know should i choose Asus or something else)

HDD : Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Case : Cooler Master Elite 311

Ram : 2x 4GB Kingston

PSU : GX 550W Bronze

 

Is this build okay for the next few years of gaming??

Lived in Malaysia (No Racism pls ) My budget is about.. erm RM550 to 650

This is the graphic card that my nearby local store sell which one should i get? My Budget is 550 (maybe a little expensive is okay)

PowerColor RX460 2G Red Devil will do the trick and it performs way better than the R7 360
