Budget and location/currency? The 950 is really bad value, look at the RX 460/70 or the 1050 when it's released.

you could buy a 460 for almost the same price as a 950

Anway agreed that you better don't spend that money on the GPU and buy something better. If money is really an issue now save up for a card a while longer and run onboard graphics for a while.

You really don't need a 600w power supply and could save about $15 (not much really. if you want to upgrade in the future I would go for the 600w build listed a few comments up)

Well at that Price i think the PSU is okay... i would add an HDD for storage and replace the 950 with an 1060 which u can get at around 200 bucks from EVGA
