Need some help for a friend

Kinuubi

Hello all. Been away from the forums for a while. Just wanted to get some help for a friend trying to join our friends and I playing on pc, but he has a budget. His budget is $500 and maybe 750 max. To make picking parts easier here are some of the games he plans on playing. Star Wars: The Old Republic (primarily will be playing this) , Minecraft, Fallout series, and maybe some WoW. Thanks in advance guys!

Something like this. Can go for RX 460 and no SSD if you want to save more money but honestly don't if 750 is acceptable
