Got any spare cash to upgrade the PSU, to a gold rated PSU? Could even be a gold rated 500w PSU, and you would be fine.

Also, that monitor is very expensive, you can get 24" 60hz monitors for $150

 

Edit: But if you have a 1070 at 1080p gaming I would get a 120hz monitor which would probably go for around $200.

 

Edit 2: Nvm, it is a 1440p monitor, sorry but I still think it's pretty expensive, try to find something cheaper.

could use a 6600 if possible, higher clock speeds and the k variant helps with the overclock

I'm not going to overclock this pc

then this seems perfect so far. the psu could be switched for a better rating i suppose
