Why 6700 non K. If you do go with non K then go with H mobo instead.

Even if you don't OC 6700k still has higher clock speed 

Also get a HDD

850W is too much for a single 1080 unless SLI in the future

the RMx 850w is overkill, go for a cheaper 750w unit instead if you have plans to SLI, or a 500-600w unit if you're not. also, if you're gonna get a z170 mobo, get an i7 6700k if you're gonna OC or a h170 if you're not. also, i'm pretty sure you don't need 32gb. otherwise its fine.
