Corsair Void RGB USB

So, I just bought brand new Corsair Void RGB USBs, and they only play the sound for skype.  I am not able to use them for youtube, spotify, or games.  Please help.  Thanks.

If you have 3rd party software, check that as well.

Bottom right sound icon, mess with that. See what is selected for what. Check for muted applications and such.

Right-click on the volume icon in the tray and click on playback devices.  Make sure the Void is set as default.  Right-click on the volume icon again and click on volume mixer.  Check the level for all the programs that are running.  I've had my volume levels creep down for one or two applications inexplicably.
