So, I couldn't make it into your budget because when you do plan to run your 1070s in SLI, you'll need the power from the 6700K if you want great performance. I would recommend waiting a bit to save some more money for this build to meet your wants and needs but it will serve you well. -- http://pcpartpicker.com/list/Bj8jnn

Well, I'm not including SLI 1070s in my budget. Just one.

 

EDIT: Nvm. Also, I plan on booting Windows w/o a licence first, then saving up for the key.
