i am planning to build a new pc with a budget off 700 euro. already have the gpu (GtX 750 Ti)

for 700 you shuld have no problem getting an Z170 board , a 6600k , 8/16gb of ram , decend powersupply , maybe an AIO but otherwise something like an 212 evo , and a decend case
