Recording For Youtube

Hello guys! Ehm, i wanted to ask you all some suggestions about how to record and also upload to youtube, (not doing for profit just doing so my friends and lil brother can watch these games they cannot play as they are far from me right now), i've been messing around with OBS yet im not really sure whats the best recording settings for my rig could be, also i keept hearing about handbreak and would love to know if i should use it, would make the vids look better and how.. well needless to say, thank you all for taking your time in case you help me out <3

 

My rig specs

 

i7-3770 @3.9Ghz

HD 7850 2GB

8GB RAM

1TB WD Blue

250GB Samsung HDD (the one im using to record on)

 

As i said, gonna be using OBS as its free and forgot to mention i got the whole adobe cloud suite too (thank you step dad, even tho i dont know how to use it.. great gift :v ) lol

 

EDIT1: Forgot to mention that im gonna be recording at 1360-768 lol
