Big Red line on all video

So I have a giant problem; when ever I view any sort of video, home video, movie maker, YouTube or even YouTube Ads, I get a thin red line spanning the ENTIRE video vertically. It is incresdibly annoying, how can I fix it?

I don't have a graphics card; I use an AMD a1o 7700k APUScreenshot (5).png

Run Memtest86 or Windows Memory Diagnostic. The APUs use system memory as vRAM and if your memory is going bad, it can lead to artifacting. Same as APU overheating.

With some Google magic it seems like the Demo setting is turned on.
Go into the Radeon settings and turn Demo of under the Video Settings tab.
