Re-Install Windows 10?

Some of my Windows files got corrupted somehow so I want to do a factory reset of the entire system. 

 

Can I just do the system restore within the system through Advanced Settings or is there a better way to tackle this?

 

I reset my PC but kept my files but my entire system was very slow and the search feature was all messed up. I'm just going to go ahead and start on a clean slate.

Get Windows 10 media from microsoft website> place onto USB or Disc> turn off computer> insert win 10 media> startup computer and follow instructions to install a clean version of windows

 

If it doesnt boot into the media, go into bios and change the boot order to have the USB or Disc as priority.
