$650 Micro ATX Build

Hey everyone! My friend is interested in building a gaming computer for around $650 USD. I've put one together for him and he seems happy with it, but I want you guy's input on it. He only plans to use 1 monitor, but he still needs an OS. I was planning to pick up a Win 10 key off of kinguin for around $25. Here's the list.

Looks good!

only thing is sometimes mini itx builds may be hard to build.
