Well Personally I'd seriously consider a delid job. I did mine using the "vice method" and the top simply came off, Then I used Clear nail polish on top of the vulnerable parts, and applied CLU for maximum maintenance free contact. Get a good expandable water cooler system like Swiftechs options or an EK predator...

 

pump up your V-core to like 1.34 ish and see what you can get. Personally following the above process I got it at 1.304 and 5.058 ghz and a cache frequency of 4.35, Thermals arn't the issue after you delid the thing... like I can run the thing in 110 degree weather and it's gaming temps only reach the 50s
