My PC shutdowns itself.

Well, title says it and some people will say your pc shutdowns itself when your cpu reaches a temp limit. When i first realized this I set my fan controller to high from medium (1200rpm i think) and tried running it again. Same thing happened after 20 minutes. I thought it can be gpu so i set its fan speed manually to 100%. The pc shutdowned itself again so im here. I am worried about my pc please help!

They are normal, but please use AIDA64. Its results are more accurate.

Stress your CPU and GPU with AIDA64 Stablity Test and check your temps.
