Cheaper windows

Looking to cut the cost of my new build down. I know I can use a windows 10 installation media to get the equivelant to an install disc, but what about product keys? Are these windows 10 keys from amazon and g2a reliable?

Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i Platinum-Rated

Radiator Fans: 3x Corsair ML120
Case Fans: 4x be quiet! Silent Wings 3
