A loud buzzing computery Cody sort of noise plays through my speakers or headphones when I plug them in and turn up the volume to 10% but if I use the same aux wire and plug it into my phone..it's clear. Why does my pc make a lot of unwanted feedback?

It's when your plugs/ports/motherboard are having electrical interference (usually due to poor power delivery by the motherboard). It happens. You can fit it by plugging it into a different port until that one gets affected too.

 

Sound cards have their own ports. That's why if you buy one it gets "fixed" usually.
