New build help

So I am planning on building a new gaming rig here in a few weeks. I have a budget of $1200. One issue I have run into is that I don't know what motherboard to get. My build is a red/black build. I want a motherboard that has good audio, some sort of fan control and possibly OC in the future. I prefer asus and msi but I am open to suggestions. This is what I have so far. Thanks

MSI GD65 Gaming and get a better PSU, something like a Seasonic M12II 750w and their 750w Platnium PSU are on sale for 110$. Get a Hyper 212 Evo, better performance for 5$
