Hey hey!

I wanted to ask right, how do you guys train your reflexes?

My reflexes lay around 0.30 seconds.

I've seen people hit 0.10 seconds, it's crazy! :-:

lmk <3

by just playing more reflexes games like csgo or osu! and doing more corporal exercise you will improve your reflexes

Remember to quote me (or someone else), otherwise we won't going to recieve your answers...

Reflex maps, there is a lot of them that give you better reflexes. 0.35 is the avarage.

this might help :) http://aim400kg.com/

Right now my skill level is around mg1-mg2 and my reflexes are around 0.265-0.285 reaction time when calmed, never tried after a few games.

On your level reflexes are not a big factor yet, first you need to learn movement, get some game sense, know the common spots, where to stand, how to use grenades, how to shoot to be most acurate, crosshair position and one of the most needed skills comunication and aim :) Reflexes come when you learn all of the above ;)

0.15-0.19 is actually nice :) The best pros have 0.11-0.14 so you are quite close (not to say they use 100% some drinks/drugs that improve your reflexes, ofcourse not all of them!!!! )

Just for the record no, I don't drink those shitty drink. My friend has G-Fuel and it tastes shit. lol. And Yes I do see the sunlight and also for me to reach my peak of 0.15 is very hard. Like when I do my first couple of competitive it's around 0.18 but once i'm in the groove 0.16/17 is were I stay. Someday's  I reach 0.15, but that's like super saiyn

Does GFUEL actually help or is just bulshit.

A little, but only when you are tired or not feeling it that day, it helps you to focus :)

that means it doesnt help with reflexes it just helps you to stay focused.

Normal energy drinks would help if you are tired, but water is best when you are not tired ;) Or just Lemon water, vitamin C helps :)

How does water help? Like I am hydrated..

when you are dehydrated you feel sleepy and focusing is harder.
