Gpu not displaying with amd drivers

Hi. I upgraded my gpu recently and the r7 260x did great. But a few days ago when I tried to install mirror's edge which forces a physx install, the gpu doesn't display anything after loading windows. I can recover to an earlier point were I don't have any display drivers installed and it works. I can even install drivers and they will work. But as soon as I turn of the computer with drivers installed I get a black screen after windows has booted. A blue screen sometimes pop up saying something about it being a driver issiue, but I have tried diffrent drivers from 2013 to 2016. My old gpu works everytime, even with the wrong drivers. Any ideas?
