Keyboard and mouse keep disconnecting?

I have a USB keyboard and mouse. Every 5 minutes or so, they disconnect for about 30 seconds and then they connect again. I have tried different USB ports. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I don't usually post videos to help people but this one saved me from this exact problem. (you can skip through the video to get to where he is actually doing the different fixes)

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
