Cannot boot Windows 7

Hello everyone!!

 

I just managed to build my pc but I cannot boot windows 7 from usb...it says that some drivers are missing...I have tried almost everything..updated bios(motherboard: asus z170 pro gaming), removed secure boot, tried to put usb3 drivers in another usb stick...but nothing happens...Can you help me?

oh almost forgot: the iso works perfect on my old laptop

plug it in usb 2.0 on the motherboard no drivers needed for boot like that and what software your using to make the flash bootable ?

I tried plugging in a usb 2.0 but I had the same problem...I used rufus for making my flash bootable..

and in the bios make the usb first in the list of booting option
