Hello, I have just recently built a computer and for a while it was working fine. But then, out of no where, I started noticing weird graphical bugs: Textures flickering, lots of aliasing, wave like motions on objects. I don't think that these issues where there when I had just built it. Is this normal for GTA V at ultra settings and 1440p? :

I don't know if you can tell because of youtube but there's weird things going on like lots of aliasing and flickering textures, especially on the road markings.

Here is a good example of a weird behavior:

This might be normal and just be issues with games in general, I don't know. My mind might be playing tricks on me...

System Specs:

EVGA 1070 FTW - no overclock

i7 6700k - no overclock

EVGA supernova G2 850 watt psu

Asus Maximus Hero Viii motherboard.

I honestly couldn't tell on the Youtube video, everything looked fine to me. I also game on Ultra settings at 1440p and do notice some artifacts like you mentioned, but I've always attributed it to game optimization (or lack of in this case) rather than my hardware. I think it has more to do with the game honestly but that's just my opinion.
