PSU Woes

Hello.

I am trying to buy a PSU for a budget gaming PC.

I found a Delta unit called the DPS 470AB-1.

I have some issues.

First of all, there is no power switch on the back, only a green LED, second look at the label:

I can't see any certifications. I also can't find out what connectors it has. Please help!

Delta are one of the best PSU manufactures. They are used by Dell, for their servers and workstations. They are trusted.
